Position OverviewThe Sales Representative (d/f/m) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for achieving maximum sustained growth and market penetration, as well as sales profitability, in the accounts of the designated work area East of Spain, with the sale of the company's products and solutions. This position is part of the Sales Team located in Barcelona and will be fully remote.

You will be a part of the East Spanish Team and report to the Area Sales Manager East responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the set of strategies and tactics necessary to ensure the sustained and profitable growth of the business in your area of responsibility and to develop, implement, and review territory business plans aligned to the strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop collaborative relationships to grow existing business by differentiating solutions clinically & financially versus the competition.Negotiate consistent and transparent pricing to secure long-term profitable and sustainable sales/market presence.Adapt to a constantly changing external environment, responding to evolving internal business priorities.Develop and implement marketing plan strategies to ensure the achievement of its operating plan goals.Prepare marketing inputs for the Strategic and Operating Plan, as well as sales forecasts.Establish, develop, and maintain commercial relationships with current and potential customers in the designated territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, clinical analysis, or related field that allows understanding of the IVD sector.Fluent in Spanish and excellent oral and written comprehension of English.At least 3 years of sales experience in the IVD/hospital sales field and/or in the Laboratory.Work by objectives and focus on results.Knowledge and experience in the IVD market, including the sales process and stakeholders.Positive team player, energetic and motivated with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and initiative skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a multinational environment and managing large laboratory accounts.Fluency in Catalan is a plus.At Danaher, we bring together science, technology, and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow's science and technology.
