The Opportunity This position works out of our Spain location more specifically in Madrid , and it's for our Neuromodulation division.
We're a leader in specialized devices that help people suffering from chronic pain and movement disorders get back to living their lives.
As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for servicing the current customer base, assuring consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities in new accounts and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.
You will also be responsible for effectively dealing with customer complaints and recommending consignment in accounts where necessary and managing logistics related to procedural support.
What You'll Do Achieve territory total product sales targets and associated individual product targets.
Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Manage the patient follow-up post stimulator implantation when required.
Develop and implement comprehensive account sales plans to ensure increased market penetration and establish new accounts.
Analyze sales statistics reports, and perform required administrative sales duties, including filing expenses account reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans.
Complete and submit timely administration tasks such as customer record keeping, rolling forecasts, monthly highlights, and expenses, in line with divisional standards.
Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met by the Company's products where possible.
Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies in respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, and expense reporting.
Provide technical support to clinicians and demonstrate procedural steps for all involved physician and staff at sites.
Train Field Service Engineers, customers, and other colleagues when appropriate.
Act as Company ambassador at all times, representing the Company in a professional manner and with the highest integrity.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree, preferably Medical/Paramedical certification e.g.
bioengineer, nursing or relevant industry experience.
More than 3 years relevant and successful experience in a sales role in Medical Devices Industry; Neuromodulation Business is a plus.
Relevant Product Knowledge.
Knowledge in biological, medical, and physics science (electricity).
Experience in attending cases in the Operating Room.
Familiarity with patient follow-up.
High level of English proficiency.
Customer Focus – results-oriented, self-starter.
Planning and organizing skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines.
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (>40% of the time).
