We are opening our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa, with an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest around 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.
Main duties and responsibilities From the Human Resources department of Kronospan, we are looking to incorporate a Sales Representative. A person with enthusiasm, energy, and strong leadership.
To achieve the set target quantities per customer.
To control the process of collecting and providing the customer orders to responsible sites.
To prepare and present to customers detailed price lists and bonus agreements.
To communicate with customers regarding normal day-to-day business.
To manage key and target customers.
To communicate and visit customers regarding claims and send to suppliers all required documentation in order to register it in K-Soft Sales.
To support customers with marketing materials.
To conduct presentations and customer training.
To organize fairs and other marketing events.
To acquire new customers.
To gain market share.
To analyze the market.
To provide ideas to general management for sales policy.
To gather information about competitors.
To collect statistics from official state institutions.
To support product development.
To constantly observe the market and its changes.
To prepare reports regarding the market.
To provide information for sales budget and forecast preparation.
To prepare sales analysis, reports, and information for management.
To visit the biggest key and target customers regularly.
To visit potential customers.
To be well prepared for every customer visit, following company rules.
To write a CRM report for each visit within 24 hours after the meeting (CRM01).
To write and follow the fulfilment of the tasks.
To make an efficient customer visit plan for the next 6 weeks and enter it in K-Soft (CRM06). Due date: every Thursday.
Requirements 5 years of experience as a salesperson.
Fluency in English is a plus.
Outstanding communication skills.
