About the Role In this position, you will work with both B2C and B2B customers, managing a fast-moving sales cycle.
You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, identify and convert leads, and drive revenue growth.
Your excellent closing skills and ability to prospect new B2B opportunities will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and efficiency.Identify and prospect potential B2B clients while also serving B2C opportunities.Execute the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to match their expectations.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM systems.What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in phone-based sales (outbound and inbound).Proven expertise in B2C and B2B sales with a fast-paced sales cycle.Exceptional closing abilities and negotiation skills.Excellent verbal communication skills with a minimum B2 level of English (capable of maintaining professional client conversations).
