This is the ideal opportunity to join us and be part of our commitment to the health of others.As a Sales Representative you will be in charge of maintaining and developing the Ear Nose Throat (ENT) business with existing and new customers in line with the Iberia Business Manager and business guidelines in the defined sales territory while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, in a way that enhances Medtronic's reputation in the market. The working territory is the East side of Andalucía, and you will be expected to be located in Málaga.A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Analyse the marketplace, develop an effective territory/account sales strategy, and present the strategy to management to gain approval for implementation.Perform all activities to maximize sales (in line with the sales strategy and coverage/resources) from product introduction and presentation to contract negotiation.Identify and address all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic) and key opinion leaders in all accounts and report on them via the provided systems and personally to the district manager on a regular basis.Further increase penetration in existing accounts, develop existing accounts into potential new product therapies/patient therapies and develop actual non-buying accounts.Build, together with regional and business manager, strong and lasting business relationships with key opinion leaders and key decision makers influential in the purchasing process.Identify, prepare, and execute upcoming tenders.Provide technical support to customers (i.E., physicians, consultants, nurseries, etc.) and support procedures when required. Train and educate relevant hospital staff on Medtronic products.Must Haves Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, or another relevant degreeAt least 2 to 5 years of selling experience in the medical device industryHighly valuable experience in ENT sector, specifically in the Andalucía East areaKnowledge of the Medical Industry competitive marketplaceFluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken)Computer literacy and Sales Force competenciesSelf-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervisionTeam orientedFull clean driver licenceNice to Haves Healthcare related experience will be highly valued
