Our portfolio of innovative solutions is designed to provide customers greater freedom and better health, helping them achieve better glucose control, while spending less time managing their disease.As a Sales Representative you will be in charge of maintaining and developing the Diabetes Business with existing and new customers in line with the Iberia Business Director and business guidelines in the defined sales territory while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, in a way that enhances Medtronic's reputation in the market. The working territory is Madrid and Castilla y León but it may vary due to business needs. You will be expected to be located in Madrid.ResponsibilitiesPromoting and selling Medtronic's Diabetes products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including physicians, clinicians, specialists, diabetes educators, health service stakeholders and other non-clinical buyers.Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Diabetes products and/or services.Working as a team with Technical Sales Specialists, Inside Sales and Marketing Team to ensure and pursue high level of training (product & services), education and technical support to customers when required (i.E., physicians, consultants, nurses, etc.)Conducting market research including customers and competitor activities.Implementing market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.Must HavesBachelor's Degree in Life-science, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or another relevant degree.At least 2 to 5 years of selling experience in the medical device industry.Knowledge of the Medical Industry competitive marketplace.Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken).Computer literacy and Sales Force competencies.Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.Team oriented.Full clean driver license
