Identify and pursue opportunities to secure new business accounts, leveraging market insights and customer relationships to drive growth Grow revenues and execute business plan to enhance sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within Spanish market Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather market intelligence, adjust strategies, and update customer profiles and needs data Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across all levels of their organization to ensure excellent service and maximize profitability Support contract creation and negotiation for accounts, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and margin ranges.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, manage account plans, and utilize CRM to facilitate integration and coherent customer approach among business units identifying cross-selling opportunities, and serving as a market expert to promote positive company image and cultivate long-term customer relationships Execute administrative tasks including managing customer data in ERP programe, conducting cold calls, and maintaining accurate records to support sales activities and enhance customer engagement.
