You will have the opportunity to be part of the launching phase of one of our priority brands in the Cardiology area. As a Sales Representative, you are responsible (directly or indirectly) for achieving sales targets and promoting the products to medical practitioners and allied health care professionals for a specific account, product, or given territory in the Cardiovascular specialty area.
Key Responsibilities:
Promotes Novartis' portfolio and services by providing the latest, relevant, and authorized data, key messages, and disease information to the right customer at the right time to support HCP decision-making and optimize patient outcomes in an ethical way.Uses all available data sources and digital tools to build, dynamically prioritize, and adapt relevant territory and customer engagement plans.Maintains a deep and current knowledge of industry, Therapeutic Area, competitor, and buyer dynamics and focuses effort on priority customer opportunities.Demonstrates advanced customer engagement skills to deliver high-quality customer interactions and improve customer experience for the benefit of patients.Behaves ethically, aligns with regulatory requirements, and adheres to Novartis values and behaviors.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:

Scientific bachelor's degree or relevant education in Life Sciences ideally.Demonstrated experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sales; Cardiology therapeutic area and internal medicine knowledge and experience is desired.Proven success history in hospital or primary care sales.Excellent interpersonal, communication, resilience, and strategic vision skills required with a strong ability to coordinate and prioritize.Capacity to work in cross-functional teams: leadership achieving common goals.Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish; English is an advantage.Division Innovative Medicines International & Chief Commercial Office
