The Sales Representative will be dedicated to our client in Romania and is responsible for maximizing the promotion of the company's products in the territory assigned to them, both in the short and long term, by actively promoting customer products and marketing policies – in accordance with applicable regulations, policies standard of operation and any other applicable internal rules and guidelines – to healthcare professionals qualified to prescribe or dispense medicines.
The role requires the individual to develop partnerships with Gynaecologists across target Hospitals in the assigned region. The Sales Representative will be responsible for their local business plan that delivers the sales to achieve agreed objectives. The Sales Representative will be able to intelligently identify the appropriate engagement channel for the HCPs.
The Sales Representative is responsible for the optimum use of available time and budget to achieve these goals (which are established in accordance with the performance management company program).
The Sales Representative must possess solid scientific knowledge and have professional training to be proficient in providing accurate and complete information about the products being promoted.
Responsibilities Compliance with the Internal Regulations, internal operating procedures applicable with our customer, company standards, the ARPIM code and all relevant Romanian laws and regulations in the field.Defining the customer group and the number of visits at the beginning of each quarter.Preparation of weekly visit and activity schedules. Prior information about major monthly activities at the request of management.Bi-weekly reporting of default activities in the internal reporting system.Preparation of daily routes that will ensure efficient coverage of the territory.Analysis of health professionals qualified to prescribe or dispense medicines and implementation of the local visiting plan to increase the level of medical education of health professionals, taking into account the available information and knowledge about the territory.Ensuring medical information according to the individual needs of the doctor. During each visit, the Sales Representative offers the visited persons or makes available to them the summary of the product characteristics for each product presented, together with details of the applicable legal regime of the product in Romania.Transmitting all information about the use by physicians of the products promoted by the representative, including about reporting to the pharmacovigilance service of any adverse reactions or complaints about the quality of the medical product(s) knowledge, including from health professionals who visit it in accordance with applicable regulations and internal procedures of incident operation.Use of appropriate promotional techniques and skills during product and treatment presentations to maximize product acceptance and increase patient access to new drugs.Establishing clear objectives for each visit with qualified healthcare professionals to prescribe or dispense medications by understanding these and from the perspective of the history of previous encounters.Organisation and use – in accordance with applicable regulations and internal procedures – of promotional materials and materials used as samples to appropriately support the discharge of meetings with healthcare professionals qualified to prescribe or dispense medicines.Complying with instructions received from product managers and collaborating with product managers for the purpose of administering marketing materials and materials used as samples.Planning, participation and implementation of appropriate activities, individual and group (sponsorships, video conferences, conferences, etc.), within the limits of the established budget and in accordance with applicable regulations and internal procedures, in view of the sustainability of promotional activities found in the development.Maintenance of documents necessary for the organisation of individual and group events in accordance with internal operating standards.Maintaining ongoing liaison with all healthcare professionals qualified to prescribe or dispense medicines in the allocated territory in accordance with the promotion plan.Updating records regarding relevant information about healthcare professionals qualified to prescribe or dispense medicines (based on information systems of promotion and management of healthcare professionals qualified to prescribe or dispense medicines).Periodic evaluation of promotion results, frequency of meetings, etc., to contribute to the understanding of the characteristics of the allocated territory and to the planning of the requirements of the position filled.Requirements Experience in Vaccine / Immunology sales.Demonstrable evidence of a consistent track record of sales accomplishments.Experience calling on Gynaecologists in the designated territory is a plus.Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information.Strong analytical skills working with data sets to develop sales strategies and contingency plans for the territory allocated.High drive and initiative working independently or in collaboration with a team.Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.Fluency in English.
