In this role, you will be responsible for:Maintaining and growing the client portfolio by selling innovative solutions for Flow Cytometry laboratoriesOrganizing roadshows and demonstrations with the help of our product specialistsParticipating in congresses and trade fairsPreparing price quotes and responding to calls for tendersProspecting for new customersAchieving business goalsProviding weekly sales forecastsImplementing action plansParticipating in sales meetingsContributing to continuous improvement via DBS (Danaher Business System)The essential requirements of the job include:Focus on customer satisfaction, autonomy, and flexibilityBachelor's degree in the bio-sciencesEnglish speaking is mandatoryAbility to interact in a team and establish effective relations with othersExcellent oral and written communication skillsDriving licenseIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:2+ years of experience in sales of highly technical solutions for laboratoriesA good knowledge of Flow Cytometry and/or in hematology or ImmunologyAt Danaher, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace, and throughout the markets we serve.
