Sales Representative - Truck Iberia West The Sales Representative is responsible for the management and development of a portfolio of clients and/or the final user in the Iberia West area within the Commercial PBU.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate market situations and customers, plan orders, resolve issues according to business objectives, and achieve profitability and payment goals.
Manage all sales activities to ensure timely and effective implementation of defined objectives.
Continuously improve customer relations in sales and management, involving other departments in the process.
Ensure effective management of customers regarding coverage and frequency of visits based on established criteria.
Negotiate with accounts in collaboration with the Sales Manager, analyze sales statistics, optimize sales forecasts, and set objectives according to the trade policy defined by company management.
Manage customer relationships and negotiate agreements with customers.
Implement marketing and commercial actions for responsible accounts.
Address incidents and complaints from customers in collaboration with Customer Service.
Ensure timely deliveries to customers in collaboration with Customer Service and Logistics.
Manage full logistics, providing examples of day-to-day problems and solutions.
Determine action plans for commercial deviations and propose actions to the Sales Manager.
Plan and manage time to ensure each client receives necessary visits for business development.
Achieve volume and profitability targets of assigned accounts according to the business plan and budget.
Implement trade policy in responsible accounts and establish goals aligned with the AOP of the company.
Implement actions to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in the short and long term.
Make pricing decisions according to the legal policy of the company.
Meet targets for coverage and frequency of visits.
Contribute to PCP input and implement promotional plans set by the company.
Maximize distribution and promotion of current product portfolio launches.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate implementation of promotion agreements.
Provide market and competitive intelligence, proposing inclusion/exclusion of portfolio references.
Support customer strategic planning activities and follow up on income statements: sales, profitability, assortment, stocks, availability.
Requirements: Previous experience as a commercial representative.
Objective-oriented with a high capacity for autonomous problem-solving.
Proficient in Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
English level B2.
Skills: empathic, negotiation, analytical, teamwork, and dynamism.
Good communication skills with various interlocutors.
