Scope is looking for a proactive, results-oriented, and energetic Sales & Production Controller to support Scope's Controlling Team based in Berlin. Your tasks & responsibilitiesAs a Sales & Production Controller, you will be primarily responsible for monitoring the success of our sales department and thus achieving our targets for the revenue growth of Scope Group. In doing so, you will be responsible for the monitoring of our customer contracts, tracking production backlog and deferred revenue from work in progress. This includes:
Preparation and regular submission of order intake analyses, plan-actual comparisons, strategically important key figures and evaluations to executive managementPreparation of ad-hoc evaluations and support of colleagues in operative sales with relevant analyses and reportsPreparation and implementation of order intake and revenue planning on a financial year basis for the budget and during the year for forecastDevelop new reports, dashboards and sophisticated queries in order to fulfill different stakeholders' requestsPermanent optimization and further development of controlling instruments and processes, esp. unit cost analysisFurther development of prediction models to increase forecast quality regarding order intake and revenueYour professional & personal profileUniversity degree in business administration/economics or comparable degreeAt least 3 years of work experience in sales & production controlling or general controlling with strong commercial angleProven track record in order intake and turnover planning and in the evaluation and analysis of other key sales and production figuresYou are able to easily deal with large amounts of data, find patterns, summarize it and provide clear recommendationsYou have a strong analytical mindset paired with a high sense of business support and a dynamic, proactive and autonomous way of working with the ability to keep an eye on the essentialsYou are eager to take ownership and challenge everything we do in a manner that will help unlock our potentialsStrong team player with proven experience of working in an international teamFluent in English (written and oral), German is a plusExcellent business applications skills - Microsoft Excel, PowerQuery and Power BIOur offerWe offer a challenging and rewarding position with significant responsibilities at our office space in the heart of Berlin.
