If you are looking for a company that gives you the freedom to expand your role, focuses highly on your professional development through continuous enablement, and gives you an environment where you would feel happy to come to work, then BMC is the place to be.The role will be supporting primarily the META and Israel and Africa region, with possible ad hoc support of other regions as needed.This position will consist of:Analyzing Customers inventory, existing and previous contracts.Generating and supporting of Quotes.Preparation of Contracts / Order Forms.Capturing all Non-Standard Approvals.Deal Submission upon signature of Contract / Order Form.Providing effective customer service for all internal customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services such as:Legal Level 1 support and generate contractual agreements.Ensure orders are compliant to the established licensing policies in accordance with Corporate, SOX, Revenue Recognition policies and procedures.Ensure all orders are submitted on a timely basis according to established order submission deadlines.Validate and process all orders with focus on accuracy and completion for submission.License and/or software accounting, legal operations, and understanding of license revenue recognition requirements.Leverages: Supporting and navigating throughout various steps of the opportunity lifecycle across various teams. Using skillset to deliver a wide variety of quotation requests and compliant Order Forms.To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or 1 to 4 years work experience in a similar role.What We Think You'll Need:Language skills: fluency in Spanish and English is required and Arabic would be an advantage
