Your role will focus on daily tasks that streamline sales activities, emphasizing developing and maintaining efficient processes that can scale as we grow.Work location - hybrid from SpainResponsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Collaborate with other departments (e.G., Marketing, Finance, Delivery, FinOps) to ensure alignment and support of sales activities.Maintain and optimize the CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and enabling the team to leverage customer information effectively.Assist with the accurate and timely processing of sales orders, ensuring a smooth flow from order entry to fulfillment.Ensure all sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and presentations, are meticulously prepared and maintained.
