We seek a Sales Operations Coordinator who will be at the heart of our sales operations, ensuring the team is supported in a fast-paced, startup environment. Your role will focus on daily tasks that streamline sales activities, emphasizing developing and maintaining efficient processes that can scale as we grow.
Work location - hybrid from Spain
Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Delivery, FinOps) to ensure alignment and support of sales activities.Maintain and optimize the CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and enabling the team to leverage customer information effectively.Assist with the accurate and timely processing of sales orders, ensuring a smooth flow from order entry to fulfillment.Ensure all sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and presentations, are meticulously prepared and maintained. Double-check information for accuracy and consistency.Manage, maintain, and track seasonal sample requests.Answer customer inquiries and resolve their issues and concerns.
