The Sales process automation specialist will be leading the Sales Automation strategy, you will drive the digital transformation of manual/semi-manual processes, across both sales and sales operations. As the business owner of our workflow automation tool (known as SHiFT), you will identify new opportunities and own each project through to delivery, as well as reviewing existing automations, driving continuous improvement and training end users. You will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
Business owner for Sales Automation strategy and growth of the SHiFT tool.Stakeholders engagement to understand pain points, define process automation baseline and demonstrate SHiFT benefits.Deliver the SHiFT feature roadmap and project manage all deliveries within scope, time, quality and budgetOwn relationship with the automation technical team to ensure customer deliveries.Identify continous improvement opportunities and deliver training and best practices/knowledge sharing.What you bring2 years+ experience working in a sales or sales operations environment, driving process optimization/automationExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsProven experience of delivering process automation/digitisation and continuous improvementExperience of working within global and matrix managed teamsBONUS POINTS: if you have knowledge/experience of Microsoft PowerAppsNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
