Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee customer orders, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries. - Provide customers with real-time order updates, from acceptance to delivery. - Use ERP systems to manage stock, purchasing, and deliver great customer service. - Coordinate with our third-party logistics partners to meet demand. - Ensure stock and display units arrive on time for store launches by working closely with merchandising partners. - Handle invoicing and prepare shipment documentation for accounting and admin purposes. - Conduct review meetings with customers to foster strong relationships. Requirements: Fluency in German and English (Polish language skills are a plus). Experience in customer service or sales administration. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
