Let's innovate and grow together!What we're looking for:As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be responsible for developing business dashboards that provide real-time insight. In this capacity, you will be required to effectively and efficiently automate reports by consolidating data from multiple disparate sources and be able to measure/convey/visualize business metrics and KPIs as well as to summarize context for use by the senior sales leadership team for tracking and decision-making purposes.Primary Duties / Responsibilities:Develop advanced self-service dashboards (PowerBI, Excel, and Tableau) efficiently and user-friendly.Analyze large data sets and interpret results.Identify data discrepancies, locate issue root causes, and provide solutions.Determine potential impact of process or data change from projects, enhancements, and production support.Continuously improve report (reporting process) efficiency/effectiveness.Work cross-functionally to meet project plans.Qualifications and Requirements:Work experience in sales operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to Sales management teams would be ideal.Experience working in the EMEA market.Software industry background.Sales Operations competence (forecasting, planning, sales systems, processes and methodologies, compensation and quota management).Experience with financial modeling and analytical tools such as Excel, databases, PowerBI, etc.Nice to have: experience using Salesforce and SQL Programming experience.Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under aggressive time constraints independently.Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision.
