The Fusion sales team is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to enhance efficiency and implement strategic initiatives.In this role, you will optimize sales operations tools, provide support to global sales leadership and sales representatives, and work with cross-functional business partners to drive technical projects.The Sales Operations Specialist will also assist peers in sales enablement and data analytics to identify opportunities to maximize sales productivity and revenue.Success in this role will lead to reducing sales representative time spent on non-selling activities through enhanced tools and processes, guiding the strategic direction of the sales team through data insights, and ensuring alignment from global sales team leaders and members.Key responsibilities:Support day-to-day operations for sales teams based in Barcelona, Bangalore, Tokyo, Sydney, and Seoul OR Denver, San Jose, Tokyo, Sydney, and SeoulAdminister sales tools (including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong) and monitor and encourage use by sales representatives and sales leadersCollaborate cross-functionally to enhance sales tools and oversee the selection and implementation of any new toolsDeliver and optimize sales pipeline and sales performance metrics, Salesforce reports and dashboards, and other tools; provide insights and recommendations to sales leadershipAssist sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and planning modelsAnalyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalabilityQualifications:English fluency2-4 years of proven sales operations experience in a software sales organizationExperience administering a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) and sales execution tools (i.e. Outreach, Gong)Data-driven approach to identify key takeaways and prioritiesAbility to communicate cross-functionally and internationally in both technical and big-picture termsOrganization skills, self-motivation, ability to work proactivelyAdaptability to changing business needsLearn More About Autodesk:Welcome to Autodesk!
