Sales Operations Analyst

Kennametal generated $2.1 billion in revenues in fiscal 2023.Sales Operations AnalystThe Sales Operations Analyst will be mainly responsible for the creation and maintenance of Power BI reports. To run this task effectively, the candidate will have to learn how the Company data are generated and manipulated, having a constant connection with IT and other Company departments at Global level.The candidate will also have to develop a deep knowledge of Sales processes and tools (like CRM).Key Job Responsibilities:Create complex Power BI reports with custom Measures and Parameters to support and drive the Sales activity.Create Datasets fitting analyst needs and incorporating external data, like target or support tables.Participate in Regional / Global projects.Collaborate with IT Departments to define processes and data requirements.Support the team with data validation.Maintain knowledge of various systems/programs used by Sales to troubleshoot and support learning in the field, like Power BI, Power Query, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Requirements:At least 3 years of relevant professional experience: strong expertise in Power BI and Excel.Fluent English is mandatory.Preferred degree in Engineering, IT or Economics.Fast learner and someone that takes the initiative.Interest in data analysis and learning new software.Excellent time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.Exhibit a professional presence.What we can offer:Lunch Ticket COBEE.ADESLAS Additional health insurance.Office located in Sant Cugat del Valles (25 Minutes by train from Plaza Catalunya).Hybrid work model.Equal Opportunity Employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
