Job Brief: Responsible for trainings and other administrative tasks, supporting the sales operations team.
Essential Job Functions:Quote analysis and first level approver for Direct business Units.Salesforce training for new hires.Specific distributors sales opportunities and quote creation (IMDAD / Illumen / Turkey distributors, handled by Robert Fielitz's team).SFDC pipeline review and follow up with sales users to ensure accuracy, updating company databases.Track revenue splits to show the most accurate picture in SFDC.Knowledge/Educational Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.Excellent computer and IT skills: Able to seamlessly operate in multiple platforms, proficient user of SalesForce (at least 2 years' proven experience).
Experience with Oracle or any other similar ERP highly valued.
Good knowledge of advanced functions in Excel (pivot tables, charts, vlookup) and PowerPoint.2+ years of experience in a similar role, highly valued.Soft Skills:Experience working in a fast-moving, multinational company.Self-motivated, high energy, proactive.Deadline-oriented.Problem solver, positive, can-do attitude and hands-on mentality.Continuous improvement mindset.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask.Good interpersonal skills and relationship building.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (C1 level minimum).This job description is not all inclusive and is intended to capture a majority of the job functions.
