As an Office & Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining our local office. Your strong communication skills and ability to multitask will contribute to the future of healthcare.
Responsibilities: Efficiently manage daily office operations, including handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Coordinate the schedule and arrange meetings for the General Manager. Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed. Manage logistics for orders and internal and external events, such as team meetings, conferences, and workshops. Handle sales orders and follow up on payments. Organize travel, purchase tickets, and book hotels. Control travel expenses, tickets, invoices, etc. Manage and monitor employee payroll processes with an external company. Implement all the necessary processes required by headquarters. Professionally use ERP and CRM systems and train other users. Requirements: Previous experience of 5 to 10 years in administrative or office management roles, preferably in a startup or similar business environment. Experience in payroll, human resources, and accounting. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills in a respectful manner. High level of English. User-level of office tools and software, including Microsoft Office and email management systems. Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Ability to foster a positive work environment. A non-confrontational personality who strives to solve problems and can work in a multitasking environment. Effective stress management capabilities. Passion for technology and the healthcare sector.
