TasksWhat's your Mission?
You'll be helping people who may have been treated unfairly: Build rapport and trust with customers, fostering a positive brand experienceAssist leads from various channels (TikTok, Google, social media) to determine if they have been mis-sold high-interest credit cards (revolving cards)Gather detailed information about the credit card and its terms using HubSpotProcess legal onboarding documents (LFA/LSA) to authorize legal action on behalf of the customer (working knowledge of LFA/LSA is a plus) Provide excellent customer service and support, resolving inquiries and issues efficientlySales Target: Achieve a minimum of 120 sales per month.Sales Potential: Identify potential leads who may qualify for the Justalia program, which helps customers who have been mis-sold credit cards. Explain the Justalia program and its benefits to qualified leads, generating interest and encouraging participation.Track customer interactions and report on key metrics to measure program effectiveness.RequirementsWhat skills & experience will you bring to us? ,
Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environmentExcellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with customersProblem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems effectivelySelf-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in CRM and Sales Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plusGood to Have:
