Poste: We are looking for a Sales Merchandiser to join our Global Merchandising team based in Madrid HQ to support the growth and development of Men's bags and Licenses businesses.
Your role will be: Weekly close follow up on sales performance and define appropriate action plans to boost sales and reach our targets. Gather market feedback, identifying business opportunities to drive growth and define actions to maximise sales of the categories. Support the seasonal buy and build purchase plans based on the Brand strategy and budget. Define and monitor the assortment strategy by store cluster both for permanent and seasonal collections. Collaborate with VM to ensure correct representation of the collections in store for the seasonal launches and mid-season rotations and with Marketing and communication teams to support on product priorities. Contribute in increasing sales plan accuracy in collaboration with sales planning team. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with our partners, ensuring a coherency with the company's strategy. Define and put in place 360º sales merchandising actions with other departments (Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, Training, Clienteling and Regional merchandisers). Participate in the different stages of development from the brief to the final edit of the collection. Update PLM and regularly update the documents for collection development follow up. Work on collection brief documents, organise product shootings and keep track of the samples of the collection. Work on sales forecast by SKU and collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure good stock coverage for all markets. Profil: What is important for the role: 3 to 5 years of experience in region or central sales merchandising position (Leather goods category experience preferred). Previous experience in fashion brands and product and fashion sensibility. Client and business-oriented mindset. Analytical skill set is a must, needs to be structured to deal with different seasons at the same time. Able to deal with heavy workload, with proactiveness and flexibility.
