The position, based in Spain, will develop and lead training programs across the Exide global organization with the support of a team of local trainers from various European Countries (train the trainer concept). Training programs will include specific trainings to be delivered both internally (Sales teams, Customer Service teams and other Departments) and externally (national Customers as well as international buying/trading Groups) on a variety of subjects. Main Respobnsabilities: Scout in market trends to achieve marketing intelligence from the business. Lead the design, development, and delivery of standardized training programs, cooperating with subject matter experts. Perform technical and editorial reviews of contents already existing and/or developed by others. Manage the organization, planning, implementation, and execution of learning initiatives. Collaborate with Country organizations (Marketing and Sales) to ensure and enable effective delivery and execution of training initiatives through both live and remote training. Conduct Training needs assessments to identify learning and development opportunities and to design and deploy targeted programs that enhance knowledge and effectiveness through improvement of competencies. Update, maintain, and deliver new hire training including materials, as well as address the ongoing learning and development needs of the entire organization. Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to develop and deliver learning opportunities for all departments within the organization. Support and comply with the company's Business Management System policies and procedures. Keep updated training web pages and other internal training repositories. Addapt training and presentation contents based on the audience Update job knowledge and stay current on trends through activities; including, but not limited to, participation in educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain personal networks, and participate in professional organizations Desired candidate profile: Bachelor's or Master Degree in Engineering, Marketing or related field
