Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Support to join our growing real estate agency.
The successful candidate will play a key dual role, supporting both the sales team and office management functions by handling day-to-day office operations, outbound communications, and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Support:Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as managing and preparing documents, maintaining databases, and managing listings.Handle inquiries from potential clients and route leads to the appropriate sales agents.Help with marketing activities including social media updates, newsletters, and property promotions.Support the sales team with post-sale documentation and follow-ups.Office Management:Serve as the first point of contact for clients: answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.Support the office manager with administrative duties such as scheduling, document filing, and data entry.Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring client interactions and property details are accurately recorded, and assist with updating property listings on websites or platforms.Assist with light bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments.Requirements: Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with CRM systems (real estate-specific CRM experience is a plus).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of the Estepona real estate market is a bonus.Basic accounting experience.Benefits: Flexible working hours.Opportunity to grow within a dynamic real estate agency.Supportive work environment.Competitive compensation.Comprehensive online training.Growth Opportunities: At Lucas Fox, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth.
