The successful candidate will play a key dual role, supporting both the sales team and office management functions by handling day-to-day office operations, outbound communications, and marketing efforts.

• Handle inquiries from potential clients and route leads to the appropriate sales agents.
• Help with marketing activities including social media updates, newsletters, and property promotions.
• Support the sales team with post-sale documentation and follow-ups.Office Management: • Serve as the first point of contact for clients: answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
• Support the office manager with administrative duties such as scheduling, document filing, and data entry.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring client interactions and property details are accurately recorded, and assist with updating property listings on websites or platforms.
