Responsible for providing support in the Sales & Marketing area including: • Commercial & customer back office • Analysis & reporting tasks • Product & Supply Chain tasks You will work directly with B2B wholesalers (partners with mono-brand external boutiques & multi-brand POS). 3 POs in total Iberia.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibility 1: Commercial & customer back-office supportHelp customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, providing real-time support on various requests such as products availability, deadlines, price, certificates (insurance, warranties, Poinçon de Geneve, authenticity…)Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.Handling administrative duties for the sales department (Clients contracts, Sales consignments, Boutiques support…)Commercial documents creation and distribution to clients (Pricelist, product updates…)Billing management and follow up.Ensure the management of customer-sales service & Spare Parts/Accessories (bespoke straps order & follow up on specific cases to assure the quality of service)Key Responsibility 2: Analysis & reportingDevelop analysis tools for monitoring performance sales/retail indicators (KPIs), stock situation and product performance.Provide commercial data analysis such as: budgets, sales results, and forecastsMonitoring and reporting new projects' performancesWork with Sales & Marketing Manager on Year Strategic Plan & reports requested by HQ Following and assisting management in core end-to-end business processesKey Responsibility 3: Product & Supply chainStock control, follow up & replenishment on both external boutiques and wholesalers (3 POS)Retail support for any supply taskPOS Assortment follow up. Novelties, Icon & Scarcity pieces management. Stock comparison 2 times/y of POS physical stock (provided by partners) & IT stock in Booster Key Responsibility 4: Marketing SupportA&P budget & invoices follow up. Purchase Orders creation (SAP)POS & Merchandising materials supply. Coordination with external Visual Merchandisers and Logistics to ensure the reception of these materials at dealers in a timely manner (SAP)Special consignment orders management for marketing activations in a timely manner: calibers, travelling collections, heritage pieces travelling around Europe. Logistics follow-up to ensure coordination between HQ, local logistics and stores.Assist on operational events organization.Participate in agencies debriefing sessions when required (Media, Press, Events & VM disciplines).
