What you'll do

Build long-term business relationships between clients and business companies through a mixture of inbound and outbound phone/email activities. Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service Identifying new clients' needs will be one of your main tasks. Ability to provide options and outline features or products and services. Knowledge of internet connectivity and troubleshooting Be familiar with a delightful range of products and services Reporting to other levels of the business and be in communication with colleagues to improve the services. Requirements:

Candidates should have a valid European work permit You are a German speaker (native level) +1 Years of experience in call calling, outbound sales, and KPIs. B2B experience. Knowledge of internet connectivity and troubleshooting Good understating and be capable of effectively handling customer desires and objection Benefits
