We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Sales & Marketing Consultant for their Barcelona office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our serviceCreate, maintain and update the database of customers with complete informationConsolidate existing customer base while building new customer baseRecord outbound call history and customers response in detailEnsure customer follow-up all the timeMonitor competitors products or services and create selling strategies for own products or servicesHandle customer needs and requirementsRespond to customer inquiries and resolve.REQUIREMENTS:Fluent in German (both oral and written).
