Currently, for one of our clients, a leading provider of professional Near-Infrared (NIR) analysis products and services, integrating R&D, production, and sales, we are looking for Sales representatives in Italy and Spain.
Locations:
Spain: Jaen (Granada, Linares, Cordoba)
Italy: Calabria, Sicily, or Puglia.
Responsibilities:Implement the company's sales plan to achieve the sales targets;Work closely with our local partners;Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits;Collect, organize, and provide feedback on information regarding the target market;Establish deep customer relationships to promote customer re-purchase and transfer introduction, achieving sales growth;Responsible for the establishment, storage, and classification management of customer information.Minimum Requirements:1-3 years' experience in direct sales;MUST HAVE experience in the olive industry;Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads;Passion for sales work, diligence, and initiative;Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal building skills;Fluent in the local language and English (writing, speaking, listening, and reading);Driving license category B.Advanced Requirements:Sales experience in NIR/instrument/equipment or related fields.What We Offer:Work remotely with flexible patterns and the ability to travel up to 70%;Attractive remuneration package;Travel allowance and insurance;Competitive commission bonus at the end of the year.
