Currently, for one of our clients, a leading provider of professional Near-Infrared (NIR) analysis products and services, integrating R&D, production, and sales, we are looking for Sales Representatives in Italy and Spain.
Location:
Spain: Jaen (Granada, Linares, Cordoba)
Italy: Calabria, Sicily, or Puglia.
Responsibilities:Implement the company's sales plan to achieve the sales targets.Work closely with our local partners.Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits.Collect, organize, and provide feedback on information regarding the target market.Establish deep customer relationships to promote customer re-purchase and referrals to achieve sales growth.Responsible for the establishment, storage, and classification management of customer information.Minimum Requirements:1-3 years' experience in direct sales.MUST HAVE experience in the olive industry.Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads.Passion for sales work, diligence, and initiative.Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal relationship-building skills.Fluency in local language and English (writing, speaking, listening, and reading).Driving license (Category B).Advanced Requirements:Sales experience in NIR/instrument/equipment/related fields.What We Offer:Work remotely with flexible patterns and the ability to travel up to 70%.Attractive remuneration package.Travel allowance and insurance.Competitive commission bonus at the end of the year.
