Job DescriptionFor LS&E Water & Membrane Solutions business unit, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager for our Reverse Osmosisproducts portfolio, to join our European sales team.
Working hand in hand with the Sales Director, Product Manager and Technical Team, within the European countries, the Sales Manager will develop business to drive orders and profit margin for the primary and process water-treatment portfolio.
Reach out to the market to develop new customers to generate inquiries, understand customer needs and applications to recommend the most suitable product and solution.Forecast customer/market trends for forward planning and monitor competitors' activities in the specific market(s).Participate in the development of the sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising and customer satisfaction for the specific country/region.Provide competition analysis and Pricing strategies on project basis.Company / Product Accreditation and PQ submissions to Consultants and Clients.Maintain long-term positive relationships with key customers/distributors/resellers through customer visits and providing consulting and support services on M+H Membrane Solution products.Manage the day-to-day sales operational activities for customers.Your ProfileEducation: University degree in a business discipline or engineering is nice to haveWork Experience: Minimum 5 years of relavant sales experiencein the membrane business (manufacturing companies or system integrator)Required Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Deep knowledge of Reverse Osmosis products, services and capabilities.Preferred Skills: Understanding of customer needs, both stated and unarticulated. Forward thinking, customer-focused, creative mind. Passion for excellence and a proven ability to succeed.Languages: Excellent English. Italian nice to have.Other: Frequent travels availability.Job location: preferably in Italy, or in EU countries.Competitive salary and bonuses guaranteed.
