Main responsibilities In your role as Sales Manager in the customer sales department at Qualifyze, your primary responsibility is to support and guide your team members to reach their targets, providing them with the necessary tools, skills, and knowledge to excel in their respective markets. You will serve as the main point of contact for your team, offering assistance whenever they have questions or encounter challenges during the sales process with clients. A problem-solving mindset and a genuine interest in understanding your team members' daily tasks and challenges are essential. Other responsibilities Run forecast meetings with the team and deliver on each month's team quota by supporting every team member as best as possible. You own the complete onboarding process of every person who joins your team including sales training, platform and CRM training, pipeline-building workshops, industry overviews, etc. Join customer meetings remotely and on-site (depending on the deal size) to support team members with the closing of complicated deals. Identify areas for improvement in pipeline building to better assist team members who may be struggling to meet their quota, and collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop performance improvement plans for account executives facing challenges in meeting their targets. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with each team member, either weekly or bi-weekly, to stay informed about their performance and any challenges they may be facing on a daily basis. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager/Team Lead overseeing a full cycle Account Executive team, preferably within a hyper-growth startup environment. Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in multiple languages is nice to have. Experience in managing the complete sales cycle in previous roles, with the ability to effectively support and guide your team in navigating through it. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as familiarity with working alongside Customer Success Managers and Sales Development Representatives. Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare startup sector is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in leadership, including a proven track record of effectively leading teams and consistently surpassing targets. What we offer?
