At Monday HR, we are looking for a Sales Manager for a company dedicated to the distribution of dental products and equipment with extensive experience in the sector, located in Tarragona.
Our client is looking for a new team member to drive the company's commercial development, focusing on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones within their assigned portfolio.
What will your responsibilities be?
Maintain, expand, and manage the assigned client portfolio, reporting directly to the area manager.
Provide technical sales assistance to dentists and auxiliary staff based on their needs, performing product demonstrations.
Prepare and negotiate offers with clients until the deals are closed.
Develop and execute business plans aimed at acquiring new clients, including identifying business opportunities through market analysis.
Achieve the assigned commercial objectives, ensuring both quantitative and qualitative targets are met.
What do we value in you?
At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical sector.
Strong communication skills and the ability to establish trustful relationships and retain clients.
A goal-oriented individual who thrives on challenges.
A valid driver's license and availability to travel within the Barcelona and Tarragona provinces.
