To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing B2B organization.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping businesses grow by owning the entire B2B sales cycle, contribute to our growth by opening accounts in the Swedish markets and benefiting from an attractive commission structure.Your mission:Identify and qualify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.Proactively engage prospective clients through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.Assess client needs and alignment with our value proposition to prioritize opportunities.Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover customer pain points and tailor solutions.Build trust and credibility by demonstrating expertise and providing value.Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and optimize performance.Continuously expand industry knowledge to stay ahead of market trends and client needs.About you:A proven track record in B2B salesA self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeedExperience in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentThe ability to build rapport and trust with clientsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish with fluency in English.About Management Events:Comprehensive 4-6 weeks onboarding and ongoing support.Great earning potentials with base salary, uncapped commission, and quarterly bonusesHybrid working possibilityOpportunity to earn up to 12 additional vacation days on top of the normal vacation days.Regular social events and team-building activitiesBe part of the culture, where we enjoy spending time together and work together towards our targets!We offer thorough training in our international ME Academy and continuous training and self-development opportunities during your employment.Join the international growth organization with plenty of opportunities!
