What are we looking for? Closing significant deals: you have the ability to negotiate and close key partnerships that drive the company's growth, ensuring strong long-term relationships. Commercial strategy: you know how to design and implement sales strategies aimed at exponential growth and have the vision to scale the business efficiently while ensuring customer retention and success. Customer success management: you ensure that each client maximizes the value of our collaboration, managing the post-sale relationship to maintain an exceptional experience and ensuring their loyalty and growth. Results-oriented with an analytical mindset: you are an expert in analyzing the sales cycle, deeply understanding the sales funnel, and optimizing each stage to maximize the conversion of leads into customers. Goals and performance: you will set and exceed sales and customer success objectives, maintaining a clear vision of how your actions impact the profitability and expansion of the business. You use OKRs to measure and adjust your results based on market evolution and customer needs. Strategic vision: you make decisions based on data and ensure the correct implementation of strategies that directly impact the company's results. We are looking for a professional who not only feels comfortable with uncertainty but is energized by it. You are enthusiastic, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to change. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where learning and growth are constants, and you are passionate about bringing fresh ideas to the table. In our startup setting, you will play a key role in shaping the direction and success of the company. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic consulting, preferably in Big Four companies or similar firms. Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing clients at a national and international level. Knowledge of the foodservice sector or portfolio management in related industries.
