It is the World of Mammoet.We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen the present core team in Madrid in order to develop Mammoet's services and expertise in Spain, Portugal, and part of the Mediterranean basin region.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGYou will focus on identifying, pursuing, and negotiating the relevant projects for the successful development of Mammoet's strategy for the region assigned. Establishing new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, business development, sales targets, and being the point of contact to customers, partners, and team members. You will also participate in the sales process of different opportunities to establish long-term customer relationships and contribute to Mammoet's profitability.KEY RESULT AREASSales: identify and secure business from new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.Develop the Market: assess and select data resources with information on markets, competitors, and identify business opportunities and trends.Account management: initiate, maintain, and deepen relationships with (potential) customers, monitor developments.Sales planning: develop and realize a sales plan in line with the Mammoet strategy.Tendering: preparation based on inquiries of quotations that meet the qualitative, technical, and commercial requirements, analyzing the inquiry received on the basis of its technical and commercial aspects, and responding with the best possible solution while processing this solution to the lowest possible risk.Negotiation: negotiate with internal and external parties in order to close the deal.Reporting: provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad-hoc reports and analyses in line with the reporting requirements.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor Degree, preferably in a Technical or Commercial discipline.Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.Minimum of 3 years in Technical Sales.Advanced Excel user.Knowledge or work experience within the Heavy Lift sector is highly beneficial.Understanding of logistics processes.Social team player with a hands-on attitude.Commercial and negotiation skills
