We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Madrid, Spain. The key responsibilities are: Identify growth opportunities for the company providing Wasserman services in sponsorship activations, hospitalities, and others. Take responsibility for the development of the full end-to-end sales process, including the prospecting strategy, client presentations and meetings, commercial negotiations, and contractual finalization. Manage your own sales pipeline, including prospecting, leading meetings/negotiations, and deal closing across all industries. Negotiate and close deals; your role will be all about sales. You'll be negotiating with clients daily, winning deals, and bringing new revenue to Wasserman. Identify emerging markets, opportunities, and market shifts. You'll have your finger on the pulse of the industry and what our competition is doing. Requirements: 3+ years of fast-paced B2B sales experience in a similar role. Ideally from an agency background and experienced with multiple clients. Keep up to date with the latest market news and industry trends. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
