We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales and marketing efforts in Spain. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with customers, drive growth, showcase expertise, and embrace innovation.

Responsibilities: Work closely with our Spain General Manager
Implement and customize the company's sales and marketing strategies to align with market requirements
Undertake sales and marketing activities to grow opportunity pipeline and develop sales strategy and execution plan to meet order entry objectives
Oversee the negotiation and sale of all services and solutions across the entire Premium-Minds offering
Ensure a smooth transition of projects by providing a strong interface with the Premium Minds project delivery group
Oversee the project delivery process through close interaction and communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications: Fluent communications skills (verbal and written) in Spanish and English
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of customer facing consultative sales experience
Demonstrated commercial and negotiation skills
Knowledge and familiarity with financial and contractual documents
A proven track record of developing sales and meeting revenue objectives
Strong customer focus and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Proven track record of successfully selling high-value technology services and solutions, as well as long-term service contracts
Knowledge and experience in Spanish sales
Expect and encourage the best in everyone you interact with
Share information and knowledge proactively
Being sincere and straightforward, admitting your mistakes
Being self-driven and work towards a common team or company purpose
Speak and understand Portuguese (English is a valued language)
