Wrist Ship Supply, a world leader in procuring and delivering supplies to the marine industry, is looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing Ship Supply division in Spain.
The successful candidate for this role will be familiar with the marine supply market and able to drive customer satisfaction by creating value through competitive order fulfillment and effective management of a Sales Team of Account Specialists. This role demands a mix of personal sales capabilities, sales management, and people management skills.
More specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
Establishing strong relationships with current and prospective customers through a mix of visits, follow-up communications and events, ensuring that Wrist remains their preferred supplier
Keeping customers updated on new products and services, as well as any other relevant information to build a long-term, healthy customer relationship
Managing the negotiation and renegotiation of annual contracts, ensuring the best possible mix of profitability, growth, and account penetration
Overseeing the productivity and supervisory matters of the Sales team, including performance, development, and employment matters
Conducting territory/market analysis for potential opportunities
Meeting the sales targets and gross profit levels related to the yearly budget.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
Qualifications and Requirements:
Your education and experience should include:
A minimum of five years of sales or customer service experience, with at least two years in a managerial position
A minimum of a high school diploma; however, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a similar field is preferred
Experience in the Ship Supply industry is an advantage
Familiarity with business systems as an integrated part of your workday, e.g., Microsoft Office
