EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our European team in Barcelona's office. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the ROW and New Markets team and ensure it reaches its goals and keeps on growing. You will have a key role in maximizing revenue and the number of students joining our online school, being part of a fast-growing business.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, as well as potential market opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.Prepare and present reports and performance metrics to senior management.Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in sales, 2 of which in management. Previous experience in business development would be a plus.Fluent level of English.
