Our global team of 2,700 across offices in Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico City, Bogotá, Curitiba, Rio, and Munich and Berlin make this happen. We're funded by some leading VCs - Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine, and Target Global - and so far we have raised over €450m. Job DescriptionRole OverviewAs a Sales Manager with our vibrant Spanish team and reporting to the Head of Sales, you will carry out a multifaceted leadership role that entails managing a robust sales force consisting of 20 sales professionals and 3 team leaders. Your core mission is to develop and execute a robust sales strategy that scales our presence within the clinics healthcare market, managing the entire sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure, and elevates the team's performance through effective coaching and process optimization.
You will be expected to lead by example by leveraging your experience in SaaS sales, preferably high growth or in-market environments to recruit top talent, maintain accurate CRM practices, and foster a high performance culture, while delivering high quality work.
