The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. This position requires a proven track record in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize hotel occupancy.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure group bookings, corporate accounts, and other sales opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales collateral, and targeted marketing campaigns.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Miami beach area.English and Spanish language are a must.
