This exciting opportunity allows you to thrive in an innovative environment, play a pivotal role in developing our Consumer Market, and establish key partnerships with major retailers, distributors, and resellers. Your Role As our Sales Manager , you will: · Lead and manage allocated retail and distribution channels , ensuring the achievement of sales targets. · Build strong relationships with 1st and 2nd Tier sales channels to drive sell-through and sell-out across the entire product range. · Drive performance by achieving allocated targets in revenue and gross margin . · Provide clear reporting and adhere to account review processes. · Develop strategic business and account plans, including forecasts by product and value. · Manage category performance: product launches , phase-outs, price positioning, and competitive reviews. · Implement impactful marketing promotions, incentives, and training programs in key accounts. Key Success Factors · Strengthen and elevate The G-LAB and Bluestork brands in retail channels. · Develop and implement strategies to expand and defend market share. · Deliver the agreed market plan in collaboration with the Sales Management Team. · Build long-term relationships with retail HQs , distributors, and resellers. · Efficiently manage marketing and operational budgets to drive measurable results. Your Profile · Educational Background : Master's degree or equivalent. · Experience : Minimum 4 years in the high-tech retail sector . · Language Skills : o Spanish: Mandatory o English: Mandatory o Portuguese: A plus o French: A plus · Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Microsoft 365 , knowledge of high-tech products, and an interest in the gaming industry are highly valued. Soft Skills: · Strong organizational and teamwork capabilities. · A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for achieving results. · Marketing experience is a plus.
