They are a European leader in FILTERING SOLUTIONS FOR BOTH DRINKING WATER TREATMENT PLANTS AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS.
They have developed innovative water management products, with a solid customer base in Europe and the Middle East.
NOW THEY ARE seeking a dedicated Sales Manager for North Africa (Morocco and Algeria) to develop sales strategies in this new market and acquire new clients, with a strong focus ON DRINKING WATER TREATMENT PLANTS.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the tender process for their water filtering media solutions.
This challenging role requires a proactive and highly driven individual who can analyze and develop the water management market, with a specific focus on filtering solutions for pre-treatment.
Your key responsibilities will include: Achieving direct sales and managing tender processesBuilding and maintaining solid customer relationshipsEmphasizing product features based on customer needs and technical knowledgeAssisting in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed Requirements: Passion for sales and business development, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales in the water industryAutonomous, extroverted, and able to establish contacts and open doors at all levelsSelf-motivated and results-oriented mindsetWillingness to travel within the areaStrong network in the water and energy market in NORTH AFRICA (MOROCCO AND ALGERIA), including relationships with local Water and Electricity Authorities, consultants, construction, and operating companiesFluent in English (spoken and written)Familiarity with multicultural work environments, including experience outside IndiaEngineering degree How to Apply: Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not encompass all tasks or responsibilities that may be required that will be part of the interview with Leca.
