Job Description: To support our Shiji Sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for leading and developing the growth of Shiji solutions across the hospitality and tourism industry in the assigned market.
You will raise the profile of Shiji in the regions by working with partners and key industry stakeholders.
The Sales Manager will prospect and call upon independent hotels, small hotel groups, and other hospitality venues to position the solution's value proposition and convert opportunities into closed sales.
You will hunt for new business globally via telephone, email, and various social media channels to build a pipeline of opportunities.
The candidate will have in-depth knowledge of business development and sales techniques, sales methodology, and a can-do attitude.
In cooperation with internal and external resources, you will review the markets and associated data, identify areas of focus, and develop targeted site lists.
In support of the sales business plan, you will identify and engage with stakeholders of targeted properties and occasionally conduct demonstrations and present proposals that drive revenue.
This position is based in Barcelona, requiring fluency in Italian and English.
