Tasks As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for promoting our solutions in Germany and coordinating sales inquiries until deal closure.
The process in a nutshell: Compiling and upkeeping the list of potential clients that include real estate developers, owners, brands, operators, general contractors, architects, FF&E suppliers Reaching out and building relationships with potential clients and partners.
Establishing and maintaining a network.
Representing Solid Supply in Germany in meetings, presenting our solutions to interested parties Handing over inquiries to project managers and staying as liaison between them and the client.
Continuous feedback to headquarters with improvement suggestions Requirements Fluency in German and English Previous experience in a sales position in the industry is a plus but not mandatory Existing network in the real estate and/or interior design market a big plus Ability to work independently and self-starter mentality Entrepreneurial mindset Passion for interior design Benefits A full-time fully remote position with flexible working hours Working with a highly experienced team of sales managers, project managers and developers Possibility to grow into a senior role Attractive remuneration package consisting of a stable fixed salary and a variable of up 3-5% of your sales volumes All work equipment provided (cell phone, laptop, transportation expenses, table in a co-working space) Regular trips to the company headquarters in Vilnius, Lithuania.
