Role: Sales Manager Iberia (Remote, Full-Time)
Reporting to the Executive Vice President Europe, the Sales Manager Iberia will develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships in the Iberian region, and achieve sales targets. This role involves leading a team of technical sales promoters, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships, particularly in Biostimulants and Specialty Fertilizers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in agricultural sales leadership, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial management in the Iberian region, acting as the main client contact.
Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Grow revenue by pursuing new business and expanding the customer network.
Negotiate commercial terms with new and existing customers.
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and adapt product offerings.
Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team, providing training and support.
Build strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Manage the sales budget and monitor expenses.
Qualifications:
Extensive network in the agricultural or biotechnology sector, focusing on AG input products.
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong skills in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and business development.
Experience in negotiating complex agreements.
Over 10 years of experience in agricultural or biological sales.
Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices is a plus.
