Operating in over 60 countries across the world.We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager Heavy Tyres for Spain and Portugal.What will be your role?Your main responsibility will be to manage Nokian industrial products (Nokian Heavy Tyres) on Iberian territory in accordance with Group and management policy. You will manage the portfolio of existing customers and develop the business with prospects. You will promote the brand among agricultural, forestry, public works, port and truck companies, deploy Nokian's strategy to tire dealer networks, and support Nokian distributors to develop their sales.Your main responsibilities:Manage existing PC24 customers portfolio according to Nokian policy,Develop sales to prospects in areas defined by management for all Nokian Tyres products (Tires, tubes, wheels, etc),Promote Nokian Tyres' image and renown to customers (tyre dealers, etc),Ensure a permanent field presence with end-users,Promote Nokian among OE customers (direct and indirect),Support & train Nokian wholesalers sales team,Support technical customer service in claim handling process,Analyze and understand customers' needs in order to identify solutions,Collect and analyze field information (commercial, technical, competitive, etc) and specificities of each area,Be proactive in the development and deployment of commercial actions in accordance with Group guidelines,Be proactive for new product development,Report on commercial activity according to Group and management request,Be present at the main fairs and company or customer events related to area of activities.To be successful in this position, you need to have Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Minimum 5 years experience in sales/technical sales and perfect knowledge of Heavy Tyres markets and products,Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to deliver senior-level presentations,Strong interpersonal skills, adept at virtual team building and negotiation,University / Secondary School of Technical or Economic Education,Language skills: native Spanish, Portuguese as an option, and advanced English skills,Willingness to travel.What do we offer for it:Full time employmentSalary by agreementCompany car for private usageCompany laptop, phoneFurther education systemTeam building activitiesCorporate culture of Nordic society and unique "Hakkapeliitta spirit"Place of work: SpainStart ASAP.
